  Кузнечно – термическое производство (ГОСТ 8479-70, ГОСТ 7829-70, ГОСТ 7062-90)
  1.Поковки из слитков весом до 12500 кг.
  Поковки изготавливаются на кузнечных прессах:
  • Пресс №1 усилием 2000 тонны, max L=6500 мм; диам. 800мм, кольца ; 1300-1950 мм.
  • Пресс №2 усилием 1250 тонны, max L=4000 мм, диам. 600мм; 400 мм, а также круглого сечения с уступами, диски, диски с отверстиями, втулки, цилиндры – развесом до 3000 кг.
  2. Молотовые поковки из проката.
  Молота усилием 1 и 2 тонны, предназначенные для ковки: кубиков, дисков, с отверстиями, валов гладких круглого сечения ; 300 мм, развесом от 20 до 150 кг из углеродистых и легированных марок стали.

  3. Термообработка.
  Выполняем термическую обработку поковок и деталей из углеродистых, конструкционных, легированных и ряда инструментальных сталей.
